Overview

Dow Protocol is an E-Commerce Financing RWA Platform.

Its starting point is simple: e-commerce moves fast, but capital does not always move at the same speed.

Merchants sell continuously. Inventory turns continuously. Advertising spend, procurement, fulfillment, and supplier payments all operate on compressed cycles. But settlement often arrives later. This creates a structural gap between economic activity and usable liquidity.

Dow Protocol is built around that gap.

In its current form, the protocol focuses on building blockchain-based facilities related to third-party operations of short-duration working capital finance for cross-border e-commerce merchants. In its longer-term form, it aims to make more of this financial coordination programmable on-chain: not only capital access, but also repayment, settlement, liquidation, claims, and other obligation-driven workflows.

Dow Protocol should therefore be understood in two layers.

First, it addresses a real financing need in e-commerce. Second, it is being built toward a larger protocol architecture for coordinating financial obligations with greater clarity and less operational friction.
