TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to certain protocol-related materials, documentation, information, content, communications, notices, and other materials made available under the Dow Protocol brand (collectively, the “Dow Protocol Materials”), as well as your interaction with the blockchain-based smart contracts and related protocol logic deployed under the Dow Protocol protocol architecture (the “Protocol”).

For the purposes of these Terms, “Dow Protocol”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer solely to the Protocol and the Dow Protocol Materials, and do not include any website, application, interface, dashboard, aggregator, API, relayer, wallet integration, or other access tool through which a user may view, access, read from, submit to, or otherwise interact with the Protocol (each, a “Third-Party Interface”).

Any Third-Party Interface is provided independently by third parties and is not provided, operated, controlled, maintained, or endorsed by Dow Protocol, even if it references, displays, facilitates access to, or enables interaction with the Protocol.

By accessing the Dow Protocol Materials, or by interacting with the Protocol in any manner, whether directly on-chain or through any Third-Party Interface, you represent and warrant that:

(a) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (b) you are of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and (c) if you are acting on behalf of an entity, you have full authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS THE DOW PROTOCOL MATERIALS OR INTERACT WITH THE PROTOCOL.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT PROVISIONS RELATING TO ELIGIBILITY, RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, BINDING ARBITRATION, AND GOVERNING LAW.
